Làm sạch nấm mèo, rửa sạch. Đun sôi nồi nước cho sợi mì tươi vào luộc qua ít phút cho mì vừa chín tới thì vớt ra để riêng. Gọt vỏ cà rốt, bào sợi nhỏ. Rửa sạch dưa leo, chẻ làm tư rồi cắt nhỏ vừa ăn.
Cắt nhỏ hành tây, thái lát gừng. Đun nóng 50ml dầu ăn trong chảo, cho các nguyên liệu vào đun gồm: gừng, hành tây, hành boa rô, hoa hồi, thanh quế, nguyệt quế, bạch đậu khấu, hạt thì là, xạ hương, hạt tiêu. Đun cho dầu sôi các nguyên liệu hơi ngã vàng và tỏa hương thơm thì tắt bếp.
Làm sốt mì trộn: ớt bột, ớt khô xay, mè trắng, tiêu xay, đổ nước dầu nóng đã đun vào khuấy đều. Sau đó thêm 20ml giấm, 5g dầu hào, 8ml nước tương, 4g muối, 1g bột thịt gà, 4g đường, ớt tươi và hành lá thái nhỏ, khuấy đều.
Bóc vỏ tỏi, băm nhỏ, cho vào chén, tưới chút nước rồi đặt vào lò vi sóng khoảng 1 phút. Cho mì, dưa leo, cà rốt, nấm mèo vào tô lớn, thêm chén nước tỏi, chén nước sốt mì trộn vừa pha vào, trộn đều lên là có thể măm măm rồi nhé.
