Lót một lớp giấy bạc lên khay nướng rồi cho cánh gà lên, phủ thêm một lớp giấy bạc rồi cho vào lò vi sóng nướng ở 180 độ C. Khi nướng được 10 phút thì lấy lớp giấy bạc phủ bên trên ra và cho vào nướng tiếp 15 phút nữa cho thịt chín đều, vàng giòn và ngon nha.
